Sylogate Ltd. ("Sylogate," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of our users. Our services are primarily designed for Estate Associations who rely on our platform to secure their properties, residential estates, and facilities ("Estates"). However, to provide our services to Estate Associations, we require the Personal Data of individuals (including residents, visitors, workers) who need to access the Protected Communities. We have therefore provided this Privacy Notice for the benefit of individuals who interact with our platforms. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platforms, including the Sylogate Estate Portal, Sylogate Residents Portal, Sylogate Staff Portal, and Sylogate Admin Portal (collectively, "theServices"). By accessing or using the Services, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

  • " Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
